Members of different literary and social organisations condemned the attack on Nirankari Bhawan at Adliwal village and demanded strict action against the culprits.

Associations members Lekhak Sangh, Aalmi Punjabi Virasat Foundation, Folklore Research Academy, Virsa Vihra, Kendri Punjabi Lekhak Sabha, Jamhoori Adhikar Sabha and Sarhadi Sahit Sabha Chogawan in a meeting held here on Tuesday demanded that communal harmony of the state should be preserved at all costs and nobody should be allowed to spread hatred.

The members expressed concern that such incidents would further push back state on economic fronts and people especially youth would have to bear the brunt for long.
