TARN TARAN: A drug addict, Jajbir Singh (20), of Bhuchar Kalan village, died of high blood pressure on Sunday.

A drug addict, Jajbir Singh (20), of Bhuchar Kalan village, died of high blood pressure on Sunday. Villagers said he didn’t get drugs for over three days. Chabal SHO Manoj Kumar said villagers had held a march against drugs on Saturday and Jajbir Singh had ran away, fearing he would be handed over to the police. A terrified Jajbir Singh went unconscious and died at his home on Sunday. — TNS
