Students from J&K, Ladakh welcomed in Amritsar's DAV College

Amritsar, April 30

DAV College welcomed a batch of students from Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, who are covered under the Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme, to study at the college here. The Centre-funded scholarship is offered to students from the remotest and economically backward pockets of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to study in the institutions of their choice. The students, who chose DAV College as their centre of study were today welcomed by princpal, Dr Rajesh Sharma.
