Reconsider teachers' requests for transfer: DTF

District unit of the Democratic Teachers Front (DTF) has urged the Education Department to reconsider teachers applications, who were disqualified, for transfers at the station of their choice.

The department has given an opportunity to primary teachers for online transfer to select the station of their choice by June 23. The front alleged that several teachers were disqualified by the department by declaring them ineligible due to lack of service or they not opted for school stay. Ashwani Awasthi of the front said this time teachers were not givern an opportunity to correct the deatails.
