BBK DAV College students shine in online youth festival

Students of BBK DAV College for Women participated and won maximum number of first positions in the Dera Baba Nanak Online Youth Festival organised by the state government to celebrate 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev. The festival was open to all universities and colleges in Punjab.

BBK DAV College won first position in shabad (group), shabad (solo), poetry singing (solo), line art (sketch) and third position in essay (solo). The winners were rewarded with cash prizes of Rs 71,000 (first position-group), Rs 51,000 (first position-solo) and Rs 21,000 (third position- solo) by Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Minister, Cooperation and Jails, at an award function organised at Dera Baba Nanak.
