Amritsar: Flight delayed, passengers face inconvenience

Passengers of SpiceJet flight from Dubai to Amritsar reportedly faced inconvenience due to a delay of two hours in arrival of flight at Shri Guru Ram Das Jee International Airport on Thursday. Not only this, the passengers’ luggage also got misplaced. Around 50 passengers claimed that their luggage went missing and reportedly protested against the airline.

Flight number SG56 departed from Dubai with a delay of one hour and 56 minutes. The flight takes off daily at 10.45 pm as per Dubai time, but on Wednesday night the flight took off at 12.41 pm. Instead of 3.20 am, the flight landed at 5.07 am at the Amritsar airport. Later, the flight staff pacified the passengers and gave them their luggage. The passengers had to wait for hours to get their luggage.
