Bengaluru | June 08, 2023: CricTracker broke all its previous records and set a new benchmark in the digital sports news category. 550 million people interacted on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, making it a grand success during IPL 2023. The website saw a massive hike as well with over 8.6 crore people visiting the English, Hindi, and Bengali domains.

The year has been a game-changer for CricTracker in many ways. A total of 4142 pieces were published from March 30 to May 30 on the CricTracker English website with 85,579,055 page views in total. The organic traffic was recorded to be 31,798,413 - the highest ever in the history of the company. 29,008,926 unique users were identified visiting the website, making the company a fan favourite destination for all the cricketing action.

2627 posts were published on the CricTracker Hindi website, which saw a total of 2,486,795 page views and 861,755 unique users interacted in these two months. CricTracker Bengali published 1207 articles during IPL 2023 where 752,329 total page views were registered with 345,207 unique views.

CricTracker's numbers during IPL 2023

The new CricTracker application saw massive growth this year. 37,378 unique users visited the application while a total of 6,421,440 views were registered, making it stand sixth in the category as a user spent an average of 2.25 minutes on the app.

On social media, 200.92 million people connected with the cricket crazy platform on Instagram, which saw a 10.24% growth. It is the highest by any organization in the sub-continent and 61.64 million ahead of the second-placed IPL’s official website. More than 2000 reels were published, which remains the highest-ever by CricTracker. 35,121,965 people interacted with them on Instagram while 6,41,74,078 viewed them on Facebook.

Facebook saw 1.17% growth as 31.23 million people interacted through the social media application and it is the second-highest by any organization in India. 5292 tweets were posted in these two months, which saw over 240 million impressions on the micro-blogging app and also saw 40,000 followers added in the process.

Overall, 266.1 million people liked various posts of CricTracker across platforms while 1.77 million comments were recorded. The posts reached more than 550 million people, making IPL 2023 a massive success for the digital media platform.
