A youth was gunned down by a group of assailants in the Linepar locality of Bahadurgarh town here on Wednesday. The police have booked a person in this regard.
The deceased has been identified as Ritesh, alias Reenu of Vikas Nagar. The assailants fled the spot on two motorcycles. Old enmity is stated to be the reason behind the murder. The assailants opened several rounds of fire when Reenu was standing near a liquor shop on the Diggi Wala road from a close range before fleeing. People rushed him to a private hospital where he was declared brought dead. — TNS
