A 25-year-old youth Des Raj of Sunather village in Mandi district was brutally murdered by his father Balak Ram and elder brother Khem Singh on Friday night.
It was stated that the cause of the crime was a land dispute.
According to a police information, the victim and the accused were in an inebriated condition. The victim shared his views with his father that he wanted to sell his land, which irked his father and elder brother. They scuffled with the victim and in a fit of rage, the elder brother hit a stick on the the victim’s head and he died on the spot.— TNS
