Youngsters prefer blues, whites to beat the heat

Summer season is round the corner and trendy outfits attract the attention of the youth because of their exuberance.

Shubham Jain, a fashion designer, said, “Fashion is about dressing according to what’s in trend, adding that youths want to go for summer ‘blues’ this season to be in style.”

Aayushi, a fashion conscious woman, is also going for blue and white colours. She said, “These colours are soothing to the eyes. There is something positive about these colours that makes me feel lively and energetic.”

Diksha Puri, a college student, said, “In the thick of summers, I prefer cooling textures and fibres that can truly combat the heat.”

In a very short span of time, women’s summer dresses have shown wonders in the fashion industry. Bhargvi Sehgal, a fashion enthusiast, said, “This summer, I will prefer sun dresses. These look cool and trendy as well.”

Another resident Ridhima Ohri, said “Comfort is my priority. Dresses should give you a stunning look and these should be comfortable.”

The most common fashion statement of young girls remains, “Be trendy, be comfortable. Go for blue and white colours because these are vibrant, soothing and attractive as well.”
