Baby’s first steps

Actress Neha Dhupia, who was expecting her first child with actor-husband Angad Bedi, showed off her baby bump in public for the first time when she walked the ramp with hubby Angad for designer Payal Singhal. The couple were showstoppers for one of the shows at Lakme Fashion Week last year. 

A dog managed to gate-crash Rohit Bal’s recent fashion show and sashayed down the catwalk. In the hilarious video that went viral, the curious dog is first seen with five models standing on the ramp, happily wagging his tail. And then he manages to evade capture and strut around the stage, right before showstopper, Sidharth Malhotra began his walk.

When the anatomy changed

An Italian streetwear brand sent two models down the catwalk wearing a prosthetic third breast, which was clearly visible under their cropped sports bra tops. The creative director said that the collection was inspired by the idea of a future where computer no longer has to exist, so society has to look back and relearn how to do things without them. A world where humans would explore their mind more.

Breast feeding like a boss

A model had strutted down the runway at a swimsuit show while breastfeeding her five-month-old daughter. Model Mara Martin took to the runway in Miami, Florida and was selected from an open casting call too.

The return of the ex

The ex-flames Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone had walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra at Mijwan Fashion Show and their crackling chemistry blew everyone away. Ranbir even praised Deepika, saying that she is quite professional, amazingly talented and beautiful. Surely, this was a walk to remember!

Gigi went one shoe less

At New York Fashion Week, Gigi Hadid was walking the runway for Anna Sui’s show wearing a sexy sequin dress and a feather coat. The audience, were too focused on her outfit to even notice that Gigi was actually walking on just one heel. It happened when Gigi entered the runway, she lost one of her heels on the ramp, but this didn’t stop her from walking. Instead she handled this situation so well that nobody could make out that she is walking on just one heel.
