The Congress candidate from the Lok Sabha Patiala constituency, Preneet Kaur, today said the Congress-led UPA alliance was set to form the government at the Centre.

She said, “The Congress government will be stable, responsible and address the concern of every person.”

The BJP had provided an autocratic government in the last five years, she added. “It was just a one-man show, who did not even bother about his own party leaders, leave aside the alliance partners,” she said.

The Congress took along each and every ally for 10 years and provided the most stable and representative government, she added.

The former Union Minister said India was a diverse country and the Central Government should represent that diversity. Available trends suggested that the Congress-led coalition was set to form the government, which would give representation to each and every region and every section of society, she added.
