Unemployed BPED Union meets Soni

Amritsar, June 2

Members of the Unemployed BPED, MPED Union met Education Minister OP Soni today.

Keshav Kohli, a member of the Union said, “The High court has asked the department to fill posts of physical education teachers.”

The members handed over the copy of the order to complete the selection process within 12 weeks. “This is the victory of our ten-year struggle,” said another member.

Hundreds of teachers gathered outside the Minister’s residence and expressed happiness. Sandeep Singh, Kamal Saini, Amit Kumar, Sonia Kumari and Rajni Sharma were also present. — TNS
