Two POs held from Delhi

The Lalru police have arrested two proclaimed offenders (POs) wanted under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code registered in 2001 at Lalru police station.

The police said the accused Babu Ram, alias, Shivcharan and Kaliyan had been evading the arrest since the case and was declared a proclaimed offender. 

The police added that they got a tip of that the accused were staying at Delhi. Acting on a tip-off, the police here on Monday raided the place and arrested both the accused. Further probe is on. — OC
