Two women died due to swine flu in Rohtak and Ambala districts.
Rohtak Civil Surgeon, Dr Anil Birla, said the deceased was a resident of Srinagar Colony in the town.
Meanwhile, a number of patients continued to visit the civil hospital and PGIMS, Rohtak, for treatment of viral infections, including influenza.
In another case, a 32-year-old resident of Garnala village in Ambala district died due to swine flu on Tuesday. She was under treatment at GMCH-32, Chandigarh, since January 9. She died during the treatment.
Deputy Civil Surgeon, Dr Sanjeev Singla, confirmed that the patient died due to swine flu. He said total three positive cases were reported in Ambala district and two survived after treatment. — TNS
