Three from Delhi killed in accident

SOLAN: Three persons were killed, two injured when a car fell into a 300-foot deep gorge near Gangtoli village on the Shillai-Satuan road in Sirmaur district this morning.

Three persons were killed, two injured when a car fell into a 300-foot deep gorge near Gangtoli village on the Shillai-Satuan road in Sirmaur district this morning.

Those killed have been identified as Rahul (26), Vishal (22) and Narayan (25). The driver of the car Gyanendra and another occupant Ali Hussain, who were injured in the accident, were admitted to the Civil Hospital, Paonta Sahib.

The police reached the site and retrieved the bodies. The occupants belonged to Alipur in Delhi.

An investigation is underway about the cause of the accident and an FIR has been registered against the driver. — TNS
