Swami’s birth anniversary celebrated

Nurpur, January 13

The Himachal Pradesh Youth Services and Sports Department in collaboration with  the Youth Development Centre celebrated the district-level National Youth Day on the 156th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on the Sansarpur terrace. 

Ravinder Singh, Assistant Commissioner, Excise and Taxation Department, presided over the function. Over 200 youths of the area participated in the event.

Ravinder Singh said the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda were relevant even today.
