Students and staff of Sant Ishar Singh Ji Memorial Public School, Karamsar celebrated Dasehra. A special assembly was conducted wherein students came dressed in traditional attire and enacted a play to showcase the triumph of good over evil. Principal Dhiraj Kumar Thapliyal apprised the audience on religious and scientific relevance of Navratri festival. An effigy of Ravana was burnt at the end. 

Ram Lal Bhasin Public School

Keeping the festival spirit alive, Dasehra was celebrated at the school. Festive activities including speech, skit and poem competitions were performed. To show Lord Rama's victory over Ravana and to reinforce the message that good always triumphs over evil, the effigy of Ravana was burnt. Principal Raman Oberoi urged the students to burn their bad habits and inspired them to follow the path of truth.

Kiddies Paradise School

Students of the school celebrated Dasehra with great excitement, love and emotions. The students came dressed in traditional attire. The school campus was tastefully decorated with images of Lord Rama and Hanuman. A scene of 'Ashok Vatika' was also enacted. Little ones also enacted a fight scene between Ravana and Vanar Sena.

Green Land Convent School

Dasehra was celebrated with zeal on the premises of the school. Students from pre-nursery to KG came dressed as Lord Rama, Laxman, Goddess Sita and Hanuman. They coloured the caricatures of Ravana, Meghnath and Kumbhkaran. A puppet show was also organised at the event. The main objective of the show was to convince the students that no matter how intelligent a person is, his pride will be the reason of his collapse.
