Campus France company is offering Indian students an opportunity to get scholarships for their master’s degree education in France.

Eligibility: Indian nationals with graduation degree or employed professionals with a work experience not more than three years; seeking admission to master’s courses applying for or already accepted at French Institutions for master’s degree courses may apply. The applicant must not be above 30 years of age.

Details: Tuition fee support up to EUR 5,000, medical insurance coverage of up to EUR 300 p.a. and living allowance of up to EUR 700 to the selected scholar. The scholarship also covers one-time to-and-fro airfare of the scholar, student visa expenses and assistance for accommodation.

RSTMH Small Grants Programme 

The Royal Society of Tropical Disease and Hygiene (RSTMH) is inviting early career researchers and global health professionals to undertake clinical or scientific research or fieldwork as stand-alone projects in the field of tropical medicine or global health. 

Eligibility: Early career researchers or global health professionals from India can apply for this programme if they haven’t received any other RSTMH grant in the previous two years.

Details: An award grant worth GBP 5000.

Summer fellowship for SC/ST students 

IISc Bengaluru and Indian Academy of Sciences are inviting SC and ST students from Science background to undertake Summer Fellowship projects with IISc faculty and get fellowships for research. The fellowship aims at promoting students from backward classes towards higher education in science.

Eligibility: SC and ST Students in first year of MSc or third-fourth year of BE, BTech or equivalent disciplines may apply for the residential fellowship program at IISc Bengaluru.

Details: A fellowship amount of Rs 5,000 and books grant worth Rs 1,500. Fellows will also be provided with travelling allowance and accommodation expenses for attending programme at IISc campus for 1 month.

UPES-DAT All design courses scholarship 

The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, is inviting MDes and BDes applications from meritorious students who can avail tuition fee waivers for their design studies and can also experience teaching assistantships with appropriate stipends; under this scholarship program.

Eligibility: MDes applicants are required to have minimum 7.5 SGPA/CGPA in every semester of their previous qualification. BDes applicants must have obtained minimum 80 per cent in Class X and XII from CBSE, ICSE or recognised state boards.

Details: MDes applicants will receive Rs 3,000 p.m. as a stipend towards teaching assistantship and BDes applicants will receive a 50 per cent tuition fee waiver.

GIIDAE International Scholarship 

The University of Reading, Graduate Institute of International Development, Agriculture and Economics (GIIDAE) is inviting applications from meritorious students pursuing master’s programmes in International Development, Agriculture or Applied Economics.

Eligibility: Indian citizens applying for selected master’s degree courses at GIIDAE and showing requisite performance in language proficiency exams may apply for the fellowship.

Details: Selected students will be provided with GBP 3000 for their master’s education at GIIDAE.

NAWA Ulam Programme, Poland 

Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), Poland is providing scientists holding a doctoral degree to pursue post-doctoral research studies at international host institutions with the aim to increase coordination between international institutions and scientist’s community with Poland Universities.

Eligibility: Doctoral degree holders in any field, employed or accepted at a foreign institution for research studies with credible research achievements as laid down by the programme guidelines.

Details: Grant worth PLN 10,000 p.m. and resettlement allowance for conducting research studies in a foreign country. There is also provision for additional grant for spouse and children if accompanying the selected scholar.
