Signature Global, a pioneer in affordable housing in Karnal, has started handing over the possession at its project, Sunrise, in Karnal. According to the group spokesperson the project has been completed six months before the stipulated deadline. The construction of the project in Sector 35, Karnal, was started in April 2018 and infrastructure was completed by August 2018. The company received the completion certificate for the project in February this year and is now giving possession of units in the first phase.
Commenting on the group’s impeccable record of timely delivery, Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, said, “We strive to deliver projects within 36-42 months from the time of project conceptualisation, against the mandated timeline of 48 months.
