Rajasthan CM undergoes hernia surgery in Mumbai

JAIPUR: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was on Sunday successfully operated for hernia at a hospital in Mumbai.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was on Sunday successfully operated for hernia at a hospital in Mumbai. 

In a tweet, Gehlot said, "I have been successfully operated for Hernia today here in Mumbai due to timely detection. Being aware and vigilant is the key to all curable diseases, even Swine Flu being one of them is 100% curable. I appeal to all the people to be aware of their health and get timely treatment."

Gehlot has been staying in Mumbai for the last couple of days after the Rajasthan assembly adjourned sine die on February 14.
