Pak again violates truce in Poonch

The Pakistan army fired mortar shells at forward posts and civilians areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district for the fourth consecutive day on Saturday, officials said.

The Pakistani troops targeted the Mankote, Khadi Karmara and Gulpur areas but there was no casualty or injury to anyone, they said. Indian troops retaliated strongly, the officials said.

The Pakistani army had also fired mortar bombs at forward posts and civilian areas in the Poonch sector on Friday, they said.
