You joined the show midway, how was your first day on set?

My first day on the set was very exciting. My co-stars and crew were very welcoming.

Why did you choose a grey character?

I have never played a grey character before and Bhairavi’s role caught my fancy. I always wanted to explore this genre and this was my chance to do it.

How easy or difficult is it to shoot in night shifts?

I have been in the industry for a long time now and night shifts are no longer a challenge for me. I am accustomed to it. In fact, night shifts are often more fun than day shifts.

You have done a number of Bengali films, what are your plans

for Bollywood?

I have already been a part of Bollywood movies like Rajneeti and Goliyon Ki Raas Leela Ram Leela. I would love to explore more though.

As per current trend, most of the shows are on supernatural stuff. What would you say?

These shows are successful and viewers are loving them. At the end of the day, we all are trying to make a successful show.
