Youth killed in Panipat village; two booked for murder and snatching

Panipat: A youth was murdered with a brick in Patti Kalyana village on Thursday night. The police booked two persons for murder and snatching. The deceased was identified as Anil (26) of Patti Kalyana. Basant reported that his sister was married to Anil. They were on their way to Patti Kalyana on a Scooty on Thursday around 9 pm. As they neared a canal, Johny and Sachin alias Chinha, stopped them and started assaulting them. As they started shouting, villagers gathered and they fled with the Scooty. They took him to a Panipat hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. TNS
