CHANDIGARH: The Ministerial Staff Association, Punjab, working with the Social Security and Women and Child Development Department has gone on a pen down strike over non-fulfillment of their demand of promotion under the assured career progression scheme.

The Ministerial Staff Association, Punjab, working with the Social Security and Women and Child Development Department has gone on a pen down strike over non-fulfillment of their demand of promotion under the assured career progression scheme.

Association president Amrik Singh Punia said they had met top officials as well as the minister, but nobody had paid heed to it. — TNS
