One for the road

Filmmaker Shailendra Singh recently made headlines when he concluded a road rally of 7000-km from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. After completing the only rally to enter Kashmir post the abrogation of Article 370, he is now going to pen his thoughts and experiences in a book. 

“We have the youngest population in the world - 600 million under the age of 25. But so many of them are spending the majority of their time online. My book will be about inspiring the young India that there are real people and real stories out there. They should get out, take an adventure and celebrate this great country of ours. If you haven’t taken a road trip across this diverse and ancient country, then you’re really missing out,” says Shailendra Singh.
