JAMMU: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a disproportionate assets case against Mohammad Aslam Parray, a retired Head Assistant in Public Works Department (R&B) in Ramban Division, on Tuesday.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a disproportionate assets case against Mohammad Aslam Parray, a retired Head Assistant in Public Works Department (R&B) in Ramban Division, on Tuesday.

Parray has a triple-storied building on the Dharmound road, Batote, on a plot of 1 kanal 10 marlas (worth Rs 79,30,305), land for Indian Gas Agency (worth Rs 8 lakh), single-storied house built near the gas agency (worth Rs 20 lakh), Wagon-R car (worth Rs 4.15 lakh) and expensive household items, costly electronics gadgets, jewellery, etc. Further investigation was under way, said the officials of the Anti Corruption Bureau.
