Ahead of the 550th birth anniversary celebrations of Sri Guru Nanak Dev, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leaders from the city performed sewa to paint the holy city of Sultanpur Lodhi in white colour. The sewa was launched by SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal and Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal.

SAD district president Ranjit Singh Dhillon and Youth Akali Dal (YAD) president Gurdeep Singh Gosha said a large number of Akali Dal workers from Ludhiana performed the sewa at Sultanpur Lodhi and the entire city will be painted in white colour very soon.
