Music runs in the blood of Gagandeep Singh. This singer, composer and music director got his training as a vocalist and musician at the young age of three. Initiated into music by his father Bapu Baldev Singh, he gave his first stage performance when he was just six.
After moving to Canada in 2009 and releasing few tracks under various labels, he decided to launch his own label, Naad Production. He recently released an album, Journey of Generations, under this label. One of the songs from the album, Ya Mere Maula, which features both his father and him, was released on August 17.
In his next project, he will be seen again with his father as the lead. The track is a beautiful medley of Ustad Yamla Jatt’s songs.
