Inspired by Punjabi rock-stars

Angad Bedi’s look in the upcoming film, The Zoya Factor, will be quite stylish. Angad will be seen wearing a lot of baggy t-shirts as well as hoodies, and some of these have quirky captions. It’s a world of fantasy that has the earthiness of Punjab pind (village) as well the style of high-end brands. Punjabi pop-stars like Diljit Dosanjh and Badshah are known for their sense of style, and that will be seen in Angad’s character in the film.

Angad, who plays a cricketer, says, “My character’s look is a lot like the Punjabi pop-stars and the amazing sense of style they have. Today, they’re mainstream inspiration for fashion and inspire many youngsters.”

The Zoya Factor is all set to hit the screens on September 20.
