New Delhi: Virendra Mann, alias Kale, a gangster, was killed in a shootout in the Narela area of the Capital on Sunday. “Four-five miscreants came in a vehicle and started firing at Mann’s car, who was on his way to meet a relative, near the Narela Industrial Area. Man absconding in murder case held in Gurugram
The police have arrested a man from Gurgaon for allegedly killing a person over a property dispute in the Capital last year, officials said on Sunday. The accused, Harsh Choudhary, alias Rocky, who runs a property business with his uncle, was arrested on Friday. Choudhary had been declared a proclaimed offender by a Delhi court and a reward of Rs 50,000 was announced for his arrest, said the police. PTI
2 arrested at IGIA for entering with fake ticket
Two persons were apprehended in separate incidents by CISF personnel at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) for allegedly using fake tickets to enter the terminal area, said an official. The two were apprehended on Saturday. In the first incident, Raj Dhonota was apprehended when he was leaving Terminal 3 , and in the second incident, Ubaid Lal was apprehended for the same offence. Both have been handed over to the police, said the official. PTI
