Softball trials for men today

LUDHIANA: The Punjab Softball Association will organise trials to select the Punjab men’s team here at Guru Nanak Stadium tomorrow from 11 am onwards.

The Punjab Softball Association will organise trials to select the Punjab men’s team here at Guru Nanak Stadium tomorrow from 11 am onwards.

PN Passi, honorary secretary of the association, said the selected players would attend the preparatory camp prior to their participation in the 12th North Zone and the 41st Senior National Softball Championship.

Meanwhile, the venue for the 20th edition of the Punjab State Softball Championship for Boys and Girls scheduled to be held here at Government Model High School on August 31 and September 1 has been shifted. It will now be held at Guru Nanak Stadium on same dates, said Passi.
