Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said on Monday that a new ministry, Manav Sampada Mantralya, would be formed in the state to deal with all welfare projects and schemes. He made the announcement in Shahabad during the ‘jan ashirwaad yatra’.

He said, “Through this ministry, different issues such as employment, schemes for welfare of workers, education, medical facilities, pension and all other problems related to people will be addressed. Haryana will become the first state to form this ministry.”

The Chief Minister said that the Shahabad sugar mill would get a new Managing Director soon.

At Ladwa, he said, “We are here to get the licence of our government renewed.”

Khattar highlighted the achievements of his government and said that the BJP has ensured corruption-free and transparent governance in the state. “The BJP government has developed all 90 Assembly segments equally,” he said.

In the coming days, the government would hold a door-to-door survey to collect real-time data of every resident of the state and provide the benefits of government schemes at their doorstep.

At Babain, the Chief Minister targeted opposition parties, accusing them of working for their own welfare.
