NEW DELHI: Two bike-borne miscreants snatched the mobile phone of Solicitor General Tushar Mehta’s wife near Mandi House in the heart of the national capital, police said on Monday.

Two bike-borne miscreants snatched the mobile phone of Solicitor General Tushar Mehta’s wife near Mandi House in the heart of the national capital, police said on Monday.

The incident occurred in front of FICCI auditorium on Sunday night.

According to the police, Aparna Mehta had stepped out on the road when she was targeted.

“We are checking the CCTV footage. The complainant told us that there was no number plate on the bike. And she was not able to see their faces,” said a senior police officer. IANS
