Tarn Taran: Members of the Contract Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) Union, Punjab, on Friday supported the ongoing agitation of the ANM workers. They presented a memorandum of demands to Hardeep Singh Dhaliwal, Assistant Commissioner, General. Prabhdeep Kaur, district president of the union, said their jobs must be regularised, besides ensuring uniform allowance, EPF, etc. OC

Tarn Taran: Kanwaljit Singh, Principal, Sri Guru Angad Dev College, Khadoor Sahib, honoured international rugby player Ramneek Kaur here on Friday. The organisation is  run by Baba Sewa Singh, an international environmentalist. Ramneek was accompanied by her coach Parveen Kaur. OC
