Fatehgarh Sahib: SAD senior leader Prem Singh Chandumajra, while reacting to the tweet of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh that a youth leader should take over from Rahul Gandhi as Congress president, said he himself should set an example for the party by resigning and handing over the CM post to some young leader as "he has lost control over the party as well as the government". He said it was a matter of great concern that the oldest party which ruled the country for a long period had come to such a situation that nobody was ready to become its president. Chandumajra alleged that there was a total collapse of law and order in the state as mining, drug, liquor mafias were thriving. "The Congress leaders are controlling police stations and SAD leaders and workers are being tortured and framed in false cases," he alleged. OC
