Chandigarh, June 17

Even after being put in to bat first, India put up a clinical performance both in batting and bowling to record their third win in the World Cup—this one over the arch-rivals, Pakistan.

Twitter erupted with many mocking Pakistan’s poor show, after India’s dominating win over Pakistan.

The internet spotted wicket-keeper-captain Sarfraz Ahmed 'yawning' behind the stumps after the rain break during the Indian innings, triggering a meme fest on social media, with many fans trolling the Pakistan captain brutally.

The captain was trolled for his lack of intensity after his side’s disappointing performance with the ball.

Twitter reactions:

This was India’s seventh straight win over arch-rivals Pakistan in World Cups.

India next faces Afghanistan on June 22.
