Payal DSP Dhanoa gets police Commendation Disc award

Payal DSP Surjit Singh Dhanoa has been awarded with Police Commemndation Disc by the DGP, Dinker Gupta, for his honest and dedicated services. 

In a letter from the office of the Director General of Police Punjab, DSP Surjit Singh, have been awarded DGP Commendation for his achievements and in recognition of his service to the public to boost his morale. 

Khanna SSP Gursharndeep Singh Grewal, along with SP(I) Khanna Jasvir Singh,  felicitated DSP Dhanoa at SSP Office Khanna and wished him good luck. 

A 1990 Batch ASI Dhanoa had worked as SHO Shambhu, SHO Rajpura, SHO Model Town Patiala, SHO Khamano, SHO Samana, SHO Mulepur, Incharge CIA Sirhand  and CIA Rajpura. He was promoted as DSP in 2016 and he had worked as DSP Vigilance, DSP Raikot, DSP Security Punjab and DSP(D) Barnala. 

During his posting at Barnala as DSP(D) Dhanoa, along with his teams, had cracked various blind murders cases. He had also played a great role in busting drug rackets. Then SSP Barnala Harjit Singh, IPS, had recommended his name for commendation Disc for his honest work towards his duty and this paved way for his Commendation Disc from DGP Punjab. 

 "I will continue my duty with dedication and to continue fight against drugs. My priority will be to help needy people, who often hesitate to approach police," said an elated Dhanoa
