Acting CJ allots administrative work

SHIMLA: Acting Chief Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary has redistributed the administrative and executive business pertaining to Civil and Sessions Divisions in the state among the judges of the High Court with immediate effect.

Acting Chief Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary has redistributed the administrative and executive business pertaining to Civil and Sessions Divisions in the state among the judges of the High Court with immediate effect.

As per the notification issued in this regard last week by the Registrar General of the court, the administrative and executive works of Civil and Sessions Division, Shimla and Kinnaur, have been retained by the Acting Chief Justice himself.

Whereas the administrative and executive works of Civil and Sessions Divisions in Kangra and Chamba have been assigned to Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan.Justice Sureshwar Thakur will look after the work of Civil and Sessions Division, Mandi. The charge of Solan division has been given to Justice Vivek Singh Thakur.

The work of Una district has been assigned to Justice Ajay Mohan Goel. The charge of Hamirpur division has been given to Justice Sandeep Sharma. The work of Sirmaur at Nahan division has been assigned to Justice CB Barowalia. Justice Anoop Chitkara has been given the charge of Kullu district.

Justice Jyotsana Rewal Dua will look after the work of Civil and Sessions Division of Bilaspur.
