Panjab University has notified a fresh schedule of exams, which were missed by students in the ongoing semester examinations due to revisions in the earlier datesheet.
The university had made revisions to the original datesheet due to the Lok Sabha elections that led to some students missing their exams either due to ignorance of changes in dates or two exams coinciding the same day.
Following requests by students, the university has decided to give students another chance to take the exam. The paper for elective subjects of BA Semester II, which was earlier scheduled to be held on May 17, will now be conducted on June 8.
Similarly, the exam of elective subjects, which was earlier scheduled on May 17, will be held on June 10. The examination of Sociology for BA Semester VI, earlier scheduled for May16, has been rescheduled to June 3.
The notification regarding fresh exams will be uploaded on the official website of the university.
