Amritsar: The Jandiala police arrested three youths while allegedly consuming heroin in a car at the bus stop of Rasoolpur village here on Sunday. The police also impounded the car besides recovering silver foil paper and a lighter from them. They have been identified as Arshdeep Singh of Jhajhian Kalan village, Rajbir Singh of Sidhwan village and Inderjit Singh of Riar village. They were booked under Sections 29, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act, the police said. — TNS
