Khadoor Sahib sees Violence

Khadoor Sahib: The predominantly rural constituency of Khadoor Sahib recorded 64.17% polling. Barring minor skirmishes between Congress and SAD supporters, voting was by and large peaceful.  Even as there was an undercurrent in favour of PDA’s Paramjit Kaur Khalra, her party’s poll booths were seen missing at many places. At places where PDA’s booths were seen, the strength of her supporters was negligible as compared to that of the SAD and Congress. People in many villages said Congress candidate Jasbir Singh Dimpa had the edge over his rivals. Manmeet Singh Gill
