PU student visiting fellow at Australian institute

CHANDIGARH:Rasmeet Singh, second-year student of BE (Chemical) at Dr SS Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology (SSBUICET), PU, has been appointed as a visiting fellow to the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, Sydney, Australia.

Chandigarh, May 17 

Rasmeet Singh, second-year student of BE (Chemical) at Dr SS Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology (SSBUICET), PU, has been appointed as a visiting fellow to the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, Sydney, Australia. 

From June 2, he will participate in an Australian research project for two months. Rasmeet Singh is pursuing his research along with a bachelor’s degree under the supervision of Dr Sanjeev Gautam, Assistant Professor, Advanced Functional Materials Lab.

Rasmeet Singh  has been appointed to conduct research on ‘Designing and Development of pretreatment Filtration System for Water and Wastewater. Rasmeet Singh is currently working on the development of hybrid graphene compounds for hydrogen storage properties and wastewater purification. —TNS
