Students of Cambridge International School, Phagwara, bagged the first position in ‘Inter-school Science Quiz’ organized by Pushpa Gujaral Science City, Kapurthala, on the occasion of National Technology Day.
The aim behind organising the event was to develop the interest of students towards science. Around 30 schools from Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar and Kapurthala districts participated in the event. Harnoor Kaur and Vaishali Prabhakar of Class X of Cambridge International School were awarded mementoes and merit certificates.
Principal Jorawar Singh appreciated the efforts of the students.
He said such events inculcate scientific temper amongst them.
Chairman of the school KS Bassi and I-League chairman Sanjeev Vassal congratulated the staff and the students for achieving the distinction.
