Actor Chandan Roy Sanyal is all set to feature as an environment-conscious auto-rickshaw driver in Sony Liv’s digital series Hawa Badle Hassu. Talking of playing the titular role, Sanyal says, “This driver is different from the rest. He is more educated and has interesting stories to narrate. My character tries to change people’s mindset, and opinions on the environment.” Protiqe Mojoomdar, creative producer and co-writer of Hawa Badle Hassu, says, “The idea is to use the very vocal and intelligent 24x7 entertainment-loving nation to engage in an important conversation. As content creators it is our responsibility to start a much-required conversation on the environmental hazard we are marching towards.”
