JJP-AAP alliance yet to finalise seat sharing

CHANDIGARH: Though the process for the May 12 Lok Sabha elections in Haryana starts tomorrow, the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alliance is yet to finalise the seat-sharing formula.

Though the process for the May 12 Lok Sabha elections in Haryana starts tomorrow, the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alliance is yet to finalise the seat-sharing formula. The joint coordination committee of the leaders of the two parties is yet to take the final call on the seats to be contested even four days after forging the alliance.

While announcing the JJP-AAP alliance on April 12, the two party leaders had said that the JJP and AAP would contest seven and three seats, respectively. The seat sharing formula was to be announced in two or three days. — TNS
