Electric Solar Vehicle C’ship at CU from today

KHARAR: Chandigarh University, Gharuan, in association with Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, will host the sixth Asia’s biggest Electric Solar Vehicle Championship (ESVC-2019) from tomorrow.

Chandigarh University, Gharuan, in association with Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, will host the sixth Asia’s biggest Electric Solar Vehicle Championship (ESVC-2019) from tomorrow.

More than 60 teams comprising 3,000 participants will take part in the five-day event. The championship will be inaugurated by Power Minister Gurpreet Singh Kangar. The teams will compete for best-designed vehicle, most-efficient vehicle, engine and gear testing, endurance testing and B-plan model. — OC
