The Kishtwar police have come out with posters of seven militants and announced cash award against information on them. The posters, carrying pictures and names of seven militants, were circulated across all police stations, strategic check points and chowks for the general public.

The militants in the posters are Mohd Amin alias Jahangir, Riaz Ahmed alias Hazari, Usman Bin Javed alias Osama, Mudassir Hussain, Talib Hussain, Jamal Din and Junid Akram.

Kishtwar SSP Shakti Pathak said “Many people are unaware about militants in the area. We have circulated posters in all police stations, joint check posts of Army and Police and general public so that people can identify them and provide information to police”.—OC
