BJYM leaders join ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ campaign

As if the key party ministers pre-fixing ‘Chowkidar’ to their names on their official Twitter handles was not enough, the activists of the BJP in Jalandhar today went one step further by putting up ‘Chowkidar’ plates outside their residence in the city. In a major escalation of the ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ call of the BJP in the district, within an hour, many youth morcha leaders added tri-coloured ‘Chowkidar’ plates outside their residence.

While the trend was started by the media in charge of the BJP state Yuva Morcha Ashok Sareen this evening, half a dozen members of the yuva morcha followed suit in joining the “Main Bhi Chokidaar” campaign.

Party members Gaurav Rai, Kartik Duggal among others have put up plates outside their homes with prefixes Chowkidar to their names. — TNS
