Rahul divides Lok Sabha seats in UP: Priyanka gets 41, Scindia 39

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday divided Lok Sabha seats between AICC general secretaries East Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and AICC general secretary west Jyotiraditya Scindia.

Scindia got 39 seats and Vadra got 41, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s segment Varanasi and Gorakhpur, the segment which UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath represented earlier.

Priyanka also got the segments of Allahabad, Phulpur, Lucknow, Amethi and Rae Bareli, family segments which her brother Rahul Gandhi and mother and ex-Congress chief Sonia Gandhi represent in the Lok Sabha.
